House Rules:

*All  Lake Missaukee Home reservations require a signed and dated Rental Agreement with $300 deposit. The Balance  is due 60 days prior to check-in.

       (The deposit holds the dates.  At check-in it turns into a damage deposit.  If all is in good  condition at check-out,    the damage deposit will be returned.)

*Check-in 3:30pm, Check-out 9:30am

*No Pets

*No Smoking

*Quiet Time 10:00pm - 8:00am

*The properties are not rented to individuals or students less than 26yrs. old.  The properties         will not be rented for college parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties or weddings.
