Abbey and Judy were great to work with! Property #1 was very spacious to accommodate our seven adults and three babies! Biggest elk I have ever seen walked down our driveway while we sat out and enjoyed the great views of the mountains and the historic Stanley Hotel! Estes Park Rentals is the only place to look when trying to find a perfect vacation rental.

First time rental with Anderson and everything went smoothly without a hitch. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and full of information about the area. We stayed in the Old Man Mountain house and was even better than the pictures. We had very clean rooms and plenty of space for our 9 adults. Great views from the deck an we even saw a bobcat wandering around the house one morning. Plenty of cooking items there for us. We loved our stay here and would definitely rent from Anderson again.

Amazing rental!!!

We had an amazing stay at Old Man lookout in July 2016. We traveled with our 3 kids and each had their own bed and we had our own master king bed with attached bath. The house was very clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen everyday and it had everything we needed. We were there over July 4 and was able to watch the Estes Park fireworks from the deck. The house is close to town but also secluded. Great location. We saw wildlife nearly everyday we were there right outside the house around the boulders - rabbits, chipmunks, hummingbirds, deer, and a bobcat!! We would definitely stay at this rental again and I would highly recommend it!!

We loved the outside deck and the spectacular view!

We really loved that you could walk off of the patio and go hiking! This house is very private yet so close to town! We really had a great time. We loved the BIG table to play games and share meals with! Cooking out on the patio was great too! The upstairs loft bed could have been more comfortable and maybe new couch. We are looking into going back again this summer!

Great trip for two families!

This place was awesome. Two couples and 5 kids. Grilled out on the deck every night. Climbed the massive rocks in the front and back in the mornings. Close to town for breakfast, putt-putt, fishing and ice cream. Seamless rental process - check in and check out. If we go back to CO next year, this will be a place we try to nail down again.

This was a great vacation home, we watched the sunrise each morning from the deck, home is close to town and RMNP but feels private.

excellent view

This was a great place to stay. We had seven adults in our party and we had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view from the deck overlooking Estes. The younger adults enjoyed the trails and climbing on the rocks above the cabin. The only down side was the utensils and cookware in the kitchen. Hoping this property didn't get damaged by the flood as we left 48 hours before it hit. Will see if this home is available when we return to Estes again. The only downside to this property was the linens that was left in the washer and the garbage that was left in the garage and made the garage smell nasty. The Lammers Family Red Cloud, Ne.

Mountaintop treat

We particularly enjoyed the view overlooking Estes Park, dining on the deck, observing the deer that ambled past, a spacious and well-appointed kitchen, plus adequate space to comfortably sleep 4 adults and three kids. The management was responsive and helpful yet non-intrusive. Proxmity to Rocky Mountain National Park was perfect as we visited every day. It was fun to have a modern, spacious home with the sights and aromas of the outdoors, privacy without isolation. We're happy with our choice!

We had four adults and three children in our group and had plenty of room

We had a very pleasant experience-from booking, pretrip questions, and good response to our only problem with the router. Range Prop. called our home phone instead our cell about the router so "next time" I'll make sure I give our cell phone #. We appreciated the boosters, high chair and pack n play for the children, as well as the nicely equipped kitchen appliances. We enjoyed the multiple dining areas-inside and on the deck to catch the view. The scenery was inspirational; the area was quiet; yet we could be downtown in 3-5 minutes. We found plenty of activities: bowling, rock-wall climbing, miniature golf, a driving range, the Tram ride, hiking trails, Rocky Mountain National Park, the River Walk and shopping! We also enjoyed activities at or near the house: hiking around the house, wildlife, and watching the horseback riders on a mountain trail. A mule deer bedded down north of the house one rainy day and we enjoyed watching him. From the description I knew the home would not be handicapped favorable: it has two sets of stairs, with bedrooms, bathrooms and loft up a short flight of stairs from the main level, which is up a flight of stairs from the garage. It was a wonderful family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. Close access to town and also Rmnp. Very relaxing with gorgeous view. We found everything we needed. Having laundry facilities was great. We found the house very clean and well maintained.

Great view. Lots of room. Great location

We were a family of 8 that stayed in old man lookout house. They're we're 3 couples and 2 singles which made it kind of tough to accomadate everyone. The house had 31/2 bathrooms which was really nice but the loft upstairs was not really accomaditing for a couple. The kitchen was nice and had all the needed appliances. Washer and dryer downstairs was very useful. The house itself sits at the base of Old Man Mountain which is a very spiritual rock formation and the house is surrounded by large boulders. All in all it was good home base to explore the city of Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Beautiful, but hot!

Range property management was very accomodating and helpful. They were friendly and very informative. There was a fire nearby the day we were to arrive and we actually received a call from Ginger informing us about the conditions. The home was close to town, which was so convenient, yet it was quiet and somewhat secluded. It was an ideal location to hike, which we didn't because it was 100 degrees. The home was very nice, clean and roomy. It was nice to have a couple of king beds and enough bathrooms for all 3 families. The deck was perfect and the views were breathtaking. It was also nice to have a two stall garage. The only downfall was no air conditioning. We are from Kansas, so I didn't even know that is something you should ask about. It was 100 degrees almost every day we were there and all we had were fans. I would have brought a couple more if I had known it didn't have a/c. The evenings were pretty miserable, but after the sun went down it cooled down a little.

Hiking group of 4

Had a great hiking trip in the park for three days. Encountered some problems with the home on checkin that needed to be fixed and they were corrected on the day we called the management firm.

A perfect place to celebrate!

I planned this trip for my husband's birthday. We had our teenage children and met friends (another couple) there. We were very comfortable. Having two master bedrooms was perfect for our situation. The scenery was spectacular and we enjoyed little hikes right from the property. The only negative surprise was that internet was not wiFi, therefore we couldn't access internet on iPods or iPhones. We were, however, able to successfully connect the laptop to a secure wired connection. We would definitely stay there again in the future and recommend it for an unforgettable getaway.

Everything was better then expected.

This was our second to rent from Range Property Management. They do not over sale this properties, they are everything they say they are and much more.Old man Lookout is the perfect location for our family, because we love Rmnp for hiking and end the day with diner in town and walking and shopping. The views from this property are breath-taking.

Location

Great location for a family get together. The number of bedrooms & bathrooms was perfect for us and being close to Rocky Mtn NP was terrific. Overall, very satisfied with the rental and would stay there again when in town.

Great Family Friendly Home!

Our family stayed middle of October. The house was everything we expected. Great location, plenty of space for 8 people. We had an 18 month old and a 4 year old, the house had toys, high chair, booster seat, and portable play pen. We love the fact that it had all of these items for children. Also, it was in a great location close to Estes and Rocky Mt. Park. If we were to come back we would defiantly stay in this house again! Thanks for a great home!

We had a great time and were able to all stay in one place.

The view is absolutely breathtaking. Our children and grandchildren loved the location. We had a couple of issues with only one key, not enough toilet paper and no trash bags, but we are a family that enjoys being together and this place afforded a wonderful venue for togetherness.

Large comfortable home with excellent views and close to town

The Old Man Lookout home is a large house located at the top of a very quiet street that is just west of downtown Estes Park. It is very convenient to town, but located in trees with very nice views. The house seems to have been built in about the 1970's based on the style, but it is a high quality house and all of the beds and furniture are new with a nice quality large screen television and wireless Internet access. We found the house to be very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

The most incredible stay in Estes Park that we have had!

We have been spending time in Estes Park for 20 years. This was the most spectacular location and lodging we have had. It was more money than we usually spend but absolutely worth every dime. We brought adult children and 4 grandchildren along and had plenty of room. The view is breathtaking and the hike up the hills right behind the home is so convenient and fun. The location is great for everyone; the hikers, shoppers, and the stay-at-homers. Everything was terrific. We definitely want to come back to "Old Man Lookout" again soon. On a scale of one to ten we give this a ten on all accounts. Mark & Pat Latzka St. Cloud, Mn.

Gorgeous home and views that met all of our needs.

We truly enjoyed Old Man Lookout. The house was beautiful, even bigger than we expected. There was lots of room to spread out. It gave everyone their space. We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the mountains. The new furniture was very comfortable..The dining room table got lots of use between meals and games. Our only suggestion would be to add a shade in the loft bedroom window. It was very bright in there. Thanks as well for the mouse trap on the property. It did come in handy. Thanks again for everything. We all enjoyed our stay.
